Responsibilities
Manage the full residential conveyancing process from initial instructions to completion.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing property transactions.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and other correspondence.
Conduct thorough searches and due diligence on properties prior to transaction.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each case handled.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
Provide advice and guidance to clients on legal and procedural matters related to property transactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential conveyancing and compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of current property laws and regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in using conveyancing software and legal management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
