What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you an enthusiastic, innovative and ambitious secondary Science Teacher ready to take your next step in a managerial role?

Winchcombe School is looking for a permanent full-time specialist Teacher of Science to lead the Department (of four teaching colleagues and a technician). The ideal candidate will be a good leader and a dynamic teacher; in addition to a science-based degree and the necessary teaching qualifications, you’ll be enthusiastic and able to motivate students to achieve their best. We will consider applications from excellent candidates for whom this will be their first leadership role.

Do you have what it takes to help the school towards its goal of being outstanding and to ensure that all pupils reach their full potential? If yes, then we would love to hear from you.

Full details are available in the Applicant Pack on the Vacancies page of Winchcombe School website.

Please email your application (standard Balcarras Trust form) together with a covering email/letter to personnel@winchcombeschool.co.uk.
