Maintenance Handyperson - PERMANENT ROLE

Job comes with a van and fuel card - £31,450 pa (PAYE) plus very good OT pay rates

NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - YOU JUST NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED TIME SERVED MAINTENANCE PERSON WITH A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE

  • Van and fuel card provided for you
  • 07.00-3pm - Monday to Friday
  • Chelmsford area


Main Duties:

  • Very straightforward carpentry maintenance -such as repair of cupboard doors etc
  • Fitting locks and latches,
  • Basic plumbing maintenance
  • General maintenance and repair work
  • Chelmsford


ESSENTIAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience as a Handyperson, building fabric maintenance person, or property maintenance person
  • A Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in basic carpentry maintenance work
  • Experience in basic plumbing work
  • Ability to change a lock, repair a door or fit a new latch
  • Good all round maintenance and repair experience
  • Chelmsford


Monday to Friday - 07.00-3pm - Permanent Job

£31,450 pa plus very good OT rates, with van and fuel card provided for you along with all PPE, equipment, tools and materials
