Maintenance Handyperson - PERMANENT ROLE
Job comes with a van and fuel card - £31,450 pa (PAYE) plus very good OT pay rates
NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - YOU JUST NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED TIME SERVED MAINTENANCE PERSON WITH A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
- Van and fuel card provided for you
- 07.00-3pm - Monday to Friday
- Chelmsford area
Main Duties:
- Very straightforward carpentry maintenance -such as repair of cupboard doors etc
- Fitting locks and latches,
- Basic plumbing maintenance
- General maintenance and repair work
- Chelmsford
ESSENTIAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience as a Handyperson, building fabric maintenance person, or property maintenance person
- A Full UK driving licence
- Experience in basic carpentry maintenance work
- Experience in basic plumbing work
- Ability to change a lock, repair a door or fit a new latch
- Good all round maintenance and repair experience

Monday to Friday - 07.00-3pm - Permanent Job
£31,450 pa plus very good OT rates, with van and fuel card provided for you along with all PPE, equipment, tools and materials
