Summary
We are hiring an experienced and passionate Master Stylist to join our Aveda Salon in Dubai! This role requires someone with a passion for hairdressing, a strong understanding of current trends, and expertise in cutting, colouring, and styling hair at a high-end level. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable maintaining client records and leveraging client data to enhance service delivery and retention.
Key Requirements:
Formal hairdressing qualification (e.g. City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
Minimum 4 5 years of hands-on cutting and styling experience, including 1 2 years in a premium or luxury salon environment
Proven expertise in advanced colouring techniques, precision cutting, and chemical services (e.
g. straightening, waving)
Strong awareness of current hair trends and product knowledge
Excellent grooming, communication, and consultation skills
Ability to build and maintain a client database, with attention to service history, preferences, and personalized care
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth client consultations to recommend suitable styles, treatments, and products
Deliver high-quality haircuts, colour services, and styling aligned with Aveda standards
Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring a personalized experience and long-term client retention
Maintain a high standard of salon hygiene, appearance, and service delivery
Supervise and guide salon assistants to uphold the salon s professional standards
Collaborate with the front desk team to maximize appointment bookings and optimize daily schedules
Stay current with the latest industry techniques, trends, and Aveda product innovation
