Job Profile
As a key member of a team you will be required to create successful partnerships with all colleagues and demonstrate a can do attitude to all tasks, including training and development You will be required to work in customers’ homes across the Birmingham and Telford area, delivering a high quality diverse repairs service, and ideally will have a good background working in social housing, including excellent communication skills with customers, along with the ability to work alone and in a team environment, you be required to meet a range of key performance targets including productivity to meet critical business and operational Key Performance Indicators.
Candidate Profile
Below is a brief overview of the candidate profile we are seeking:
You should possess an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry.
You should have either an NVQ Level 1 in Plumbing or demonstrable experience.
We value individuals who are driven by strong core values and are focused on delivering exceptional service.
Strong interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships across our organization, with suppliers, and external customers.
A thorough understanding of health and safety practices in accordance with policy is essential.
We seek candidates who are self-motivated, with a willingness to learn.
A full driving license is required for this role.
Completion of a basic DBS check is necessary.
