Crynodeb
You will have a suitable period of supernumerary in which you will be supported by the senior nursing team, the practice educators and a mentor, during you supernumerary period you will develop skills according to the RCN competencies that will enable you to work effectively in all areas of the department. We have a great induction programme. The department welcomes new members of staff and has an open and friendly culture which is strongly supportive of nursing development and expansion of skills. We value all the different experiences and qualities people can bring to our department. Your base would be within the emergency department however yourpost willcover you working in all areas of the department, majors, Resus, Urgent Care and Paediatrics and you may be asked to work at the UCC at Burnley and MIU at Accrington Victoria.
