Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This position involves analyzing requirements, designing test cases, and executing tests to identify defects and improve overall product quality. The Quality Analyst will collaborate closely with development teams to enhance processes and ensure adherence to best practices.

Duties

Develop, document, and maintain test cases based on functional specifications.
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
Utilize tools such as Cucumber for behavior-driven development testing.
Collaborate with development teams to understand architecture and design specifications.
Provide technical support for identified issues and assist in troubleshooting.
Manage version control using GitHub for test scripts and documentation.
Conduct performance testing using JDBC for database interactions.
Work with Android applications to validate functionality across devices.
Identify, record, and track defects through their lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills

Proficiency in software testing methodologies and best practices.
Strong understanding of architecture principles related to software development.
Experience with Cucumber for automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with technical support processes and troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly GitHub.
Experience with Android application testing is a plus.
Understanding of JDBC for database connectivity testing.
Proficient in programming languages such as PHP and C for test automation scripting.
Ability to create comprehensive test cases that cover functional requirements.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
