** Job Title: Laser Setter Operator (Counterbalance Forklift Licence Preferred)**

*Pay: £14.00/hr (AM Shift) | £14.50/hr (PM Shift)*
**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Laser Setter Operator** to join our team. This hands-on role involves setting and operating laser cutting machines, as well as handling and sorting materials and components. A **counterbalance forklift licence** is desirable but not essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
----------------------------------------------------
* Set up and operate laser cutting machines.
* Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
* Sort and prepare cut parts for delivery to customers.
* Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
* Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
* Assist in general shop floor duties when required.
**Working Hours (Alternating Weekly Shifts):**
----------------------------------------------------
* **Morning Shift:**
Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
* **Afternoon Shift:**
Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Friday 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
*40 hours per week | Weekly shift rotation*
✅ **Requirements:**

* **Essential:**
* Previous experience setting and operating laser machines
* Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
* **Desirable:**
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
* **Other:**
* Comfortable with manual handling and potential heavy lifting
