Children's Sports Coach - Eye (IP23 area)
Monday to Friday - 20 hours per week (split shift rota to cover daily Breakfast and Afterschool clubs)
Due to insurance restrictions and our Ofsted registration, applicants must be at least 18 years old for these roles
52 week or Term Time only contracts available

We are looking for passionate Sports Coaches or Activity Professionals with experience in coaching or teaching groups of children aged 4-11, ideally in a school setting.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in delivering sports or activity sessions or teaching groups of children aged 4-11 ideally in a school setting.
Full driving license and access to a car.
Confident and strong personality with a passion for making a positive impact.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
Level 2 sports qualification or higher.
Current Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection certificates or willingness to obtain them.
IT skills for play and club administration.
Ability to work independently.
Role and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver fun, progressive activities for children aged 4-11, focusing on participation development, and enjoyment.
Track and adapt sessions based on pupil development.
Provide additional help to children needing extra support.
Be an energetic and enthusiastic ambassador for Premier Education.
Take full responsibility for the safety and engagement of all children in your care, keeping them focused and on task throughout sessions.
Ensure appropriate behaviour, focus, and engagement from all children while delivering activities.
Adapt your approach to different stakeholders including children, parents, and school staff.
Follow all company policies, including health and safety and safeguarding procedures.
Be punctual and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your role.
