Trafford Leisure has an exciting opportunity for a Football Development Coordinator to join the team.

Location: Broadoak School Outdoor Sport Facility (Partington)
Hours: 30.5 hours per week
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Job Type: Temporary - 12-18 month contract

In the role of Football Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Act as the designated first aider on-site, responding to accidents and incidents
Open and close the facility (pitches and pavilions) as a responsible key holder
Prepare activity areas and equipment to meet the day’s programme requirements
Create a welcoming and positive first impression for all customers
Respond to customer requests in a polite and respectful manner
Handle pitch booking enquiries and process payments
Inspect pitches prior to use, ensuring safety and readiness
Clean all areas within the pavilion as required
Report faults or health and safety concerns to the line manager

We are looking for individuals to join our team who are passionate about football, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic.

To be successful in the role of Football Development Coordinator, you must have:

Preferably hold a First Aid at Work qualification (although training can be provided for the right candidate)
While it is preferable for candidates to already hold a DBS, we are able to provide support in obtaining one if necessary
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
Enthusiastic and approachable
Able to remain calm under pressure
Strong communication skills
A desire to develop and progress within the role

Working Pattern:

Monday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
Tuesday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
Thursday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
Friday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
Sunday: 08:45–17:15 (8.5 hours)
