SFCA Teaching Pay Scale Pts.1-9, £32,178 – £49,725 per annum

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher for A Level PE and Level 3 Cambridge Technical in Sport & Physical Activity to join our experienced team of 4 specialist teachers from August 2025. We currently deliver AQA A level PE (Specification: 7582) and the following Level 3 OCR qualifications in Sport:

• Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate in Sport and Physical Activity (05827)
• Cambridge Technical Diploma in Sport (05415)

PE and Sport are popular choices, with over 70 students currently studying A Level PE and over 160 students studying Level 3 Cambridge Technical Sport courses.

Teachers in the College have very high expectations of both themselves and students, and the College is committed to developing a wide range of teaching for learning strategies. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and highly effective teacher who is committed to securing the best outcomes for students. As well as maintaining up to date knowledge of developments in PE and Sport, you will also be able to contribute to the teaching of other related curriculum areas if necessary.
