We are also able to offer an attractive recruitment package to include: An attractive recruitment and retention premium (details to be discussed with individual applicants) Relocation budget of up to £5,000 Named Mentor for the first year of employment to facilitate settling in to the new working environment Additional allocation of SPA time within the job plan for the first 2 years in order to allow time for service development (typically 7.5:2.5 split between DCC and SPA time) Access to additional study leave funding for the first 2 years of employment Full and Specialist Registration and a license to practice with the GMC is essential. Those trained in the UK should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from date of interview or eligibility for specialist registration (CESR). The ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team is also essential.
