Crynodeb
Provide high-quality infusion therapy, including cannulation and venesections, to patients in need of these services. Act as an advocate for patients at all times, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their treatment. Manage relationships and behavior in line with the Trusts competencies, promoting professionalism and effective communication. Take charge of the ward/clinical unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse/Team Leader and deputy, ensuring the smooth running of the unit and delivery of excellent care. Foster a learning environment for staff, supporting their professional development while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient outcomes and deliver continuous care to our patients.
