Communicate effectively with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff, patients, visitors and immediate colleagues. Maintain and develop competences Supporting the training of other staff Conform to health, safety, fire and security legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines. Undertake Bedside Security duties to support clinical staff as requested Respond promptly to all security & fire -related incidents Carry out security patrolling and related duties Support the day to day management of car parking on trust property. Undertake proactive crime and security incident management duties Responsibilities for data and information resources Reduction in security related incident
