Hold responsibility for the management of the Digital Account System (DAS) which includes adding staff to the list of learners, tracking their qualifications to ensure payments are made and collating financial data Co-ordinate all activities connected to the marketing of apprenticeships including creating marketing materials, copy for the Intranet, newsletters and bulletins, posters and flyers as required. Support the Head of Apprenticeships and Widening Participation in co-ordinating and delivering events that raise the profile of Apprenticeships across the Trust and the delivery of the Trust Apprenticeship Strategy. Provide advice to staff and managers in identifying appropriate apprenticeship qualifications that meet the needs of staff and services and respond to a wide range of queries around training providers, start date availability, learner schedules, levy rules etc
