We are looking to recruit 2 Telephone Market Researchers on a temporary contract.
You will be joining a small, friendly team and having previously placed candidates at the company we can vouch for what a great bunch they are!
Details of the Telephone Market Researcher position:
Start Date: 22nd April 2025
ly until the end of May but may be extended for a further month
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + £1.47 per hour (holiday pay) = £13.68
10AM - 6PM Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Fully remote - own laptop/PC and access to WIFI is required
Duties of the Telephone Market Researcher:
Calling learners to obtain feedback about the course they have completed
Establishing the types of jobs the learners have been successful in following completion of the course
Inputting the answers into an online system
Skills/Attributes required for the Telephone Market Researcher role:
A professional, polite and friendly telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
