We are seeking a passionate and experienced South Indian Chef to join our team, bringing authentic flavors to our customers and elevating their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of dishes, including traditional South Indian breakfasts, biryanis, Indo-Chinese dishes, and tandoori items.
Ensure high standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations, including prepping for the day, cooking meals, and maintaining a clean working environment.
Be available for early starts before the restaurant opens, particularly for catering party orders and special events.
Work efficiently and maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with management on menu innovation and seasonal dishes.
Skills & Experience:

Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine (especially breakfast dishes like dosa, idli, vada, etc.), biryanis, Indo-Chinese dishes, and tandoori.
Minimum of 3 years of professional kitchen experience as a chef specializing in South Indian food.
Ability to handle large catering orders and work under pressure.
Strong work ethic and time management skills, especially for handling party orders.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
