Crynodeb
Location of works : London based construction sites/ Debden office and 1 day a week at home (if working a 5 day week)
I am happy to discuss days and hours at interview stage.
• Supporting the project coordinator team
• Supporting the project manager on site with their daily paperwork
• Uploading documents to our internal system (Monday.com)
• Closing out snags on the client system
• Creating trackers for quality paperwork and chasing project managers for their updates
• Uploading quality paperwork to the client systems.
• Booking operative inductions
• Booking site deliveries
• Creating permits
• Creating progress reports with the project manager and uploading to the client system
• Attending meetings via Microsoft teams
• Reviewing and breaking down client programs
• Reviewing the client portal for the latest drawings
• Digitising drawings for fitters jobsheets
• General administration (filing, photocopying, laminating, scanning, printing)
*Please note there is no parking at the office, closest car park is a 5 minute walk and costs £6 per day. Debden train station is also a 5 minute walk*
