We are a family run Business which is always evolving and looking for people to join us in our success. You will be placed in any of our shops so you must have access to transport. We have several vacancies available. We are currently restructuring the management in our Bakery Retail Outlets and have several vacancies available. We are seeking reliable and experienced Managers to work in our busy Bakery shops based in and around Wigan, Standish, St Helens and Ecclestone.
This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring staff carry out their shop duties. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to motivate and develop your team.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner

Experience:
Retail sales: 2 year (preferred)
Customer service: 2 year (preferred)
You must have access to transport as you could be placed in any of our shops.
Expected hours: Minimum 40 hrs per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
