We are currently looking for a skilled Plumber to join our successful Response Maintenance business based in the Middlesbrough area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance repairs to our customers properties.

The Plumber role:
We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
Completion of 2nd fix plumbing and associated works within social housing / residential premises
Typical repairs including broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks and general kitchen and bathroom repairs
Pride in your owrk is important to you, while delivering an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and always considering the customer’s needs, whilst being able to complete your works within agreed timescales
Yours, the team and the customers Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and the relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
What you will bring as a Plumber:
Qualified in Plumbing, to an NVQ Level 2 or a similar professional body
A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge
A strong customer understanding, putting the customer of the heart of all you do
Possession of a full current UK driving license, which is essential to undertake the Plumber role
