What we offer: • Band 8a opportunity. • Starting salary of £53,755 - £60,504 per annum (Pro Rata) in accordance with AfC. • There are two positions. 2x 37.5 hours, Permanent contract ( position), and 1x 22.5 hours for 12 months fixed term or secondment opportunity (Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation role). • Opportunity to work with a national organisation and be based at any of our major sites in England. • High-Cost Area Supplement (HCAS) on top of the base salary, where applicable. • NHSBT promotes flexible working opportunities where the role will allow. • 27 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time) plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years’ service and to 33 days after 10 years. • NHS pension scheme.
