We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative Public Relations Officer/Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our communications and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations:
Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the reputation of the training centre.
Build and maintain strong media relationships.
Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content.
Handle media inquiries and manage press conferences or events.
Social Media Management:
Create and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Produce engaging content including graphics, posts, and videos.
Monitor social media performance and report insights to the management team.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online communities.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, educational news, and industry updates.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align messaging.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop targeted communication strategies.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and content for promotional campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or Social Media Manager (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation.
Experience in handling media relations and creating press materials.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
A passion for education and a commitment to promoting training programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
