Are you looking for a new challenge?
We’re currently looking for a Hygiene Operative to join the Romix team.
Functional Title: Hygiene Operative
Location: Leigh
Working Times: 10.00am to 18.00pm moving to 14.00pm to 22.00pm over the next few months
Salary: Competitive rates of pay, exceeds national minimum wage but flexibility is Key and Overtime when required.
As a Hygiene Operative you will be required to ensure that the high hygienic standard of the factory is maintained
To be successful in this role you’ll have the ability to work on own initiative, a strong work ethic and a pro-active approach to everything you do.
Key Duties:
• ·Ensure that COSHH regulations and all health, safety and company routines and policies are fully complied with
• ·Clean equipment following set procedures
• ·Clean equipment and facilities to an agreed rota and standard, ensuring that accurate cleaning records are maintained
• ·Always maintain a safe working environment
• ·Ensure all Cleaning stations are clean, fit for purpose and hygienically stored
• ·Ensure any cleaning chemicals used are stored correctly
• Daily areas to be cleaned – toilets/canteen/changing rooms and areas within production.
• Keeping the outside yard clean and tidy at all times.
