Greet and assist patients and health care professionals in a friendly, and empathetic manner. Manage incoming telephone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to patient queries. Book, cancel, and reschedule appointments efficiently using the clinical system. Care Navigate patients to the right appointment at the right time. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Provide accurate and relevant information. Encourage patients to use the online booking system to book appointments and make medication requests Respond to the needs of clinicians during surgery Liaise with other health care professionals
