You’ll support metering, billing, and energy use across our 56,000 homes, making sure we get the best value for money and improve our customers’ experience.

Typical day as Heat Networks Manager

  • You’ll analyse and use data, reporting and customer feedback to monitor how our Heat Networks are performing, how they affect customer bills, and identify where we can improve.
  • You’ll manage our Heat Network portfolio, making sure we meet all legal and regulatory requirements, including OFGEM, regulatory returns, reporting, customer information requests, and supporting retrofit projects.
  • You’ll guide and engage our customers on improving heat efficiency in their homes, keeping communication open and helpful. And if things go wrong, you’ll handle customer complaints with confidence and care whether that’s face-to-face, on the phone or across other forums.
  • Working alongside Paul, our Lead Sustainability Manager, you’ll help shape our fresh approach to Heat Network management at Home Group, from billing and metering to smarter ways of working alongside specialist consultants.

Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better? You’ll do that here, working for a top 10 Great Place to Work in the UK Employer!
