As Creative Production Manager, here’s an idea of what you will be doing:
Receive, check and set up new briefs and job schedules in a timely manner using our workflow management tool, Smartsheet
Allocate jobs in line with deadlines, deliverables, and the individual design or photography resource’s availability, skillset and development objectives
Review daily work schedules and each team member’s workload to ensure all work stays on track, re-prioritising activity as required
Working alongside the Creative Design Manager, Photography Manager and stakeholders, maintaining high levels of collaboration and communication
Deliver regular and concise project updates to senior managers
Based on future activity plans, forward plan Design Studio and Photography Team resources, highlighting any requirements for freelance support to cover anticipated increases in workload or periods of annual leave
Ensure efficient ways of working and quality outputs through ongoing process and system improvements
Manage annual budgets and system and software contracts and licences, acting as the main point of contact for suppliers
Plan, implement and roll out contract, system and software reviews and system changes and associated training and process changes
Engage freelance resource as required
Chair Marketing’s Planning and Priorities Meeting
Provide planning support, project management to Marketing and other areas of the business
What we need from you:
Experience of working within a busy creative environment, ideally with a good understanding of the creative process
Previous experience in production trafficking or scheduling as traffic manager would be benefical
A confident team player and leader, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and manage stakeholders
Excellent project management skills, with experience of using workflow/project management tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com & Adobe Workfront
Strong prioritisation and organisation skills, adept at efficiently and proactively meeting deadlines with good attention to detail
Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change when circumstances dictate
Comfortable working at pace, managing numerous new briefs daily alongside personal day-to-day tasks and longer-term projects
You’ll be joining a specialist and sociable team, where you’ll get the chance to flourish and develop. This role gives you the chance to join a team that is always at the forefront of the market, so if you’re ready to make the next move in your career, this could be just what you’re looking for.
We understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, and with this in mind, we are dedicated to providing an inclusive workplace where every colleague feels valued and comfortable to be their true self.
