ResponsibilitiesShadow the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site
• Assist with the compliance on health and safety regulations and company procedures.
•
Help with site inspections and quality checks.
•
Assist in managing timber frame and carpentry works, ensuring quality and precision.
•
Monitor materials and resources, ensuring they are available
Requirements
• Previous experience or knowledge in carpentry or timber frame construction desirable.
•
A keen interest in pursuing a career in site management
•
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
•
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
•
A proactive and motivated approach to learning
•
Previous experience in a construction environment is desirable but not essential
