If you believe that the child should be at the centre of the education system and that the curriculum should provide pupils with a broad, balanced and creative experience, then we have the role for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Primary School Teacher to undertake a new challenge working in a Barnsley based school in Year 5/6. This placement is part time running until the end of the Summer Term.

Primary Teachers of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including ECTs.
Responsibilities:
· Good working knowledge of the KS2 Primary National Curriculum
· Have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for pupils
· Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour
· Work with children of mixed abilities including SEND
· The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students
· Support individual students to achieve their full potential in an inclusive and encouraging environment
· Track and assess student progress and report to colleagues and parents on progress
Requirements:
· Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS)
· UK experience as a primary teacher
· An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new DBS
· Positive classroom management and behavioural techniques
