The Role:
The ideal candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel's beverage service.
We are looking for a creative individual, who is passionate about cocktails and follows industry trends. Our bar supervisor will be empowered to create inspiring new drinks, and create a welcoming community atmosphere in the Commissioner's Bar at Bailiffgate Hotel.
Duties to include:
- Manage the day to day operation of the beverage department.
- Create weekly and monthly specials using local suppliers.
- Host event evenings with a local focus.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure all team members do the same.
- Identify, provide and evaluate departmental learning and development.
- Monitor and comply with all Company and legal statutory requirements.
- Preparation and service of drinks.
- Ordering and stock control
