Hourly pay rate: £12.21 per hour
I have interests in art, history, animals, going to the cinema and gaming - Do you share any of my interests? I am a 19 year old transgender male. I attend college three days a week. I am looking for an open minded PA for four hours per week, to support me on my non college days - Tuesday and Wednesday.
I have equine therapy, which I would like you to take me to, so someone who loves horses as much as I do is essential. Other tasks I would like support with include managing my money and budgeting, in the future I would like to do work experience and or volunteering.
I am on the autistic spectrum and have high anxiety, which if I feel overwhelmed can lead to me becoming situationally mute, you would need to advocate for me if that happens. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, my energy levels can fluctuate, which impacts on my mobility.
Duties include:
Moving and handling
Other relevant duties as required
Administration
Transportation
Companionship
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Must be comfortable with pets
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
I am a transgender male, so a PA would need to be open to my gender identity.
