Job title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for a future role. The individual will implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring seamless workforce management and compliance with global HR policies. Key responsibilities include managing Oracle Fusion HCM, Talent Management, Payroll, and other HR applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on business requirements.
Manage Oracle Fusion HCM for core HR processes, ensuring seamless workforce management.
Configure and maintain Oracle Talent Management Cloud for recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
Oversee Oracle Recruitment Cloud for end-to-end hiring process automation.
Utilize Oracle Learning Cloud to design and deploy employee training programs.
Administer Oracle Payroll Cloud to process payroll efficiently and ensure compliance.
Implement Oracle Time and Labor Cloud for workforce scheduling and time tracking.
Manage Oracle Workforce Management Cloud to enhance employee productivity and resource allocation.
Configure and oversee Oracle Benefits Cloud to manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
Maintain Oracle Human Resources Cloud to ensure compliance with global HR policies and regulations.
Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to manage, secure, and scale cloud-based HR applications.
Develop and manage data integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for seamless data exchange.
Write and optimize PL/SQL queries to support Oracle Cloud HCM operations.
Use Oracle APEX to develop and enhance custom HR applications.
Leverage Oracle Mobile Cloud to enable mobile-friendly HR solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and its various modules.
Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for cloud-based HR solutions.
Experience in data integration using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL for database management and query optimization.
Expertise in Oracle APEX for application development and process automation.
Familiarity with Oracle Mobile Cloud for mobile application development and integration.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, HR teams, and IT professionals.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for HR and payroll systems.
