Job title: Oracle Cloud Financial Specialist
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financial Specialist for a future role. The specialist will lead the configuration, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Key responsibilities include automating financial processes, developing reports, and providing ongoing support and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (such as Oracle Financials Cloud, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management).
Work with cross-functional teams to define business and system requirements, ensuring that Oracle Cloud Financials supports organizational financial processes.
Support the integration of Oracle Financials Cloud with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Procurement, HCM) and third-party systems.
Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Financials to meet business requirements and optimize performance.
Assist in automating financial processes, such as invoicing, billing, and accounting, using Oracle Cloud tools.
Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud Financials systems to ensure seamless operation and address issues as they arise.
Design and develop financial reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Work with finance teams to ensure that the system generates accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports.
Provide financial data analysis and insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Provide ongoing support for Oracle Cloud Financials post-implementation, including troubleshooting issues, performing regular updates, and ensuring system security and integrity.
Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation for system usage, procedures, and best practices.
Provide financial system support during audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Stay current on changes to financial regulations and how they impact the configuration and usage of Oracle Cloud Financials.
Work closely with Oracle Cloud technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial systems with business needs.
Communicate effectively with business users to understand financial requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, including hands-on experience with modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Cloud Financial applications for large enterprises.
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in an ERP system.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle Cloud ERP suite, and associated tools.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration tools for connecting Oracle Financials to third-party applications.
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools, especially Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Oracle Cloud Financials certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation, Oracle ERP Cloud) are preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex financial data, identify issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Experience with financial module upgrades, system migrations, or large-scale implementations.
