Job title: Oracle Cloud Consultant
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Consultant for a future role. The individual will work with clients to design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud solutions, including ERP, HCM, and SCM. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice, leading implementation projects, and ensuring optimal performance of Oracle Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand their business processes and identify requirements for Oracle Cloud solutions.
Provide expert advice on Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure.
Develop roadmaps for Oracle Cloud adoption and help clients transition to the cloud.
Design and configure Oracle Cloud solutions, including Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and other Oracle Cloud services.
Lead or participate in Oracle Cloud implementation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet client specifications.
Conduct system integrations between Oracle Cloud and other third-party applications.
Customize Oracle Cloud functionality to meet specific client requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions post-implementation.
Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and offer continuous improvement solutions for clients.
Help clients maximize the benefits of Oracle Cloud by recommending best practices and optimizing workflows.
Train client teams on the use and management of Oracle Cloud applications.
Develop and maintain documentation on Oracle Cloud configurations, workflows, and processes.
Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical teams, and business analysts, to deliver seamless Oracle Cloud solutions.
Ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and translated into Oracle Cloud functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud solutions (Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud Applications.
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, cloud architecture, and application security.
Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle ERP Cloud, or related certifications) are highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in client-facing roles, able to interact and collaborate with clients effectively.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle BI, or Oracle EPM applications is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance regulations.
