Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Consultant to join our team. You will support clients in making informed property decisions, whether for investment, sale, or purchase. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in real estate, with guidance and support from experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements, providing expert advice on purchasing properties or land for investment and other purposes;
- Arrange and conduct property assessments, including structural surveys and valuations, to ensure accurate market pricing;
- Advise vendors and purchasers on current market trends and property values, assisting them in making informed decisions;
- Develop and implement marketing strategies on behalf of sellers, preparing promotional materials and advertisements to attract potential buyers;
- Negotiate terms for property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and tenancy agreements, coordinating legal formalities with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred;
- Knowledge of the latest developments in the real estate sector;
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills;
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability;
- Time management and planning skills;
- Foreign language skills such as Mandarin-speaking are increasingly useful;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
