Crynodeb
Personal Assistant services is needed for a client who is visually impaired and diabetic so needs support with day to day tasks like:
Support with personal care and to ensure they are appropriately dressed to visual requirements
Support with breakfast/drink-10 mins
Support with medications as she cannot see the numbers for the dose on her epipen for insulin and tablets
Support with light cleaning of kitchen etc
Support with preparing evening meal/drink
Support with light cleaning of kitchen
Support with medications as she cannot see the numbers for the dose on her epipen for insulin and tablets
Support with laying out bed clothes and ensuring she's settled for the evening
Correspondence support to support the client with phone calls, letters etc due to her severe visual impairment.
Batch cooking for culturally appropriate African food so that the client can reheat throughout the week.
Social Access to be used so the client can access the community as she is unable to do this due to her severe visual impairment
And any additional tasks that may arise.
This role is for an immediate start.
