Responsibilities
Create and maintain project schedules in accordance with deadlines and project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and team leaders to gather scheduling input and updates.
Monitor progress against project schedules and report any variances to stakeholders.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Ensure effective resource allocation by tracking availability and skill sets of team members.
Utilize scheduling software to optimize workflows and enhance communication among teams.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review schedules and confirm timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar role within project management.
Strong proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
