FLT Counterbalance Operator – New Site Opening in Norton Canes
Start Date: End of April 2025

Pay Rate: Competitive – discussed upon application
About the Role:
We’re excited to be supporting one of our valued clients with the launch of their brand-new branch in Norton Canes. As part of this expansion, we are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Operators to join their warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in early with a growing site and secure long-term work.
We are reviewing CVs now, with successful candidates starting towards the end of April.
Duties Will Include:
Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
Moving stock to and from storage areas
Assisting with general warehouse duties when not on the truck
Completing relevant paperwork and basic record-keeping
Conducting daily checks and reporting faults on equipment
Adhering to health & safety and company procedures at all times
✅ Requirements:
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Previous experience in a similar role
A good level of physical fitness (some manual handling may be required)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Flexibility with shifts may be advantageous
