Crynodeb
Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally. Ensure all telephone calls are managed appropriately Manage the patients arriving at the reception desk for appointments, prescriptions and queries. To ensure that repeat prescriptions are generated accurately and efficiently within the 48 hours specified by the practice (following prescription training). Make appointments for patients over the telephone, give out test results and make the appropriate appointments. Complete tasks sent to reception by the doctors via electronic task list.
