Summary
Responsible for supporting the IHub Mgr and ensuring that there is an attitude of continuous improvement within the UCM Team towards knowledge management and exploitation. The position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all UCM SharePoint pages, ensuring that they are easy to navigate and enable users to find information and products quickly and efficiently.
The main roles of this job include:
Enable SharePoint development for the UCM Team, including the development of and introduction of workflows, InfoPath forms and SharePoint designer customisations.
Provide SharePoint technical support by troubleshooting user issues.
Maintain and develop all UCM SharePoint pages to ensure they remain current and relevant including:
The creation, publishing and removal of UCM content.
Support/monitoring to ensure compliance with MOD Governance Policies and advice on complying with MOD standards.
Provide technical support for the rollout of new software and systems including troubleshooting IT user experience issues, provide guidance and raise awareness.
Remote working may be available, discussion may take place during the interview phase.
