Crynodeb
Produce asset management policies, processes and associated procedures with engagement from project and operational teams. Use of the CAFM system (Planet) to utilise Asset Management Information to generate reports and inform capital spend budgets. To provide support and guidance to the operational teams to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and critical maintenance of buildings services equipment. To produce an asset hierarchy to ensure any future asset data captures are done in line with an agreed asset structure. To complete a review of the asset database for each building, assessment and allocation of asset criticality including engagement with operational teams. Assistance with producing data to inform the development of future planned maintenance budgets and labour structures. To carryout statutory compliance audits and track rectification against any actions, working and advising the operational teams responsible for the rectification. Liaison with project and operations teams to ensure handover of newly installed assets is captured into planned maintenance tasks, whether this be through asset change or through data from O&Ms.
