We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Crawley. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, working closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver interactive lessons
- Provide individual or small group support to enhance student learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help prepare classroom resources and materials
- Track and report on student progress
- Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and families
Requirements:
- A passion for supporting young learners
- Experience with children, ideally in an educational setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive outlook and a willingness to develop
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
