The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of care plans, providing leadership and supervision to the team, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Team Leader will work closely with service users, families, and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery and improved outcomes for individuals.

Supervise and support a team of social care professionals.

Qualifications:
Experience in adult social care, including team leadership.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Relevant qualification in social care (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent).
