We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Community Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the Team
This team of adult social workers play a vital role in supporting individuals in need, helping them live independently and improve their quality of life, by working in a collaborative environment where you can develop your skills and have a meaningful impact on the local community. They work closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to provide support and interventions. It is important to safeguard vulnerable adults, taking appropriate action in line with policies and procedures whilst providing advice, guidance, and practical support to individuals and their families.
About you
A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience working with older people will aid in the effectiveness of the role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
