Are you an ambitious and dedicated leader looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? Bridgetown is seeking a passionate and talented Deputy Headteacher to join our dynamic team and help drive our school forward.

The Role

As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the school. You will:

o Lead on Curriculum, Behaviour and managing support staff as key areas of responsibility.

o Support staff development and performance management.

o Oversee school improvement priorities.

o Teach one day per week to maintain classroom experience.
