Lernovatic Tutoring is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant English Tutors to join our growing team in Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you will support our experienced tutors in delivering engaging English lessons to students in small group settings.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assisting lead tutors in delivering English lessons to primary and secondary students.
* Providing individualised support and guidance to students during lessons.
* Helping students develop their reading, writing, and communication skills.
* Creating and marking practice exercises and homework assignments.
* Contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.
**Requirements:**
* **GCSE Completion:** Successfully completed GCSEs with good grades in English Language and Literature and currently studying English at A-Level
* **Minimum Age:** 16 years or older.
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:** The ability to build rapport with students and explain concepts clearly.
* **Strong organisational and time management skills:** Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* **Passion for English and a commitment to student success.**
