Summary
As a Digital Marketer at 5MS, you will leverage your agency experience to create, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for a variety of clients. You will be responsible for developing campaigns across multiple digital channels, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and technical expertise to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize and improve ongoing strategies, ensuring KPIs and client goals are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, developers) to deliver cohesive marketing strategies
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates, reporting, and strategic recommendations
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices
Work with clients to understand their objectives and create tailored strategies that drive measurable results
Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency setting
Proven track record of successfully running paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
Strong knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex digital strategies to clients
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and performance metrics
Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
