As a Revenue Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Extracting, analysing, and interpreting data to support campaigns, promotions, and various business segments.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, M&E Sales, and Hotel Operations to implement and measure commercial strategies. Providing cross-regional support and training as needed.
  • System Coordination: Managing and optimizing revenue systems such as EMMA, OAKY, RMS, OPERA, BOARD, IDEAS, REVPlan, and WebUpsell.
  • Business Meetings: Supporting the preparation for all meetings, including Revenue Meetings, Commercial Meetings, Business Review Meetings, and Budget reviews. Assisting in the preparation, setup, and debriefing of business meetings.
  • Innovation: Developing innovative approaches to business development and creating long-term value for our guests, markets, and relationships.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively through all levels of the business (internal and external) in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting the Director of Revenue with administrative tasks.
  • Opportunity & Risk: Periodically reviewing hotel inventory with the Hotel Team to identify opportunities to increase inventory yield.
  • Conduct Competitor Research & Analysis: Ensure we have a confident and competitive selling strategy. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Support data analytics, audits, and reporting.
  • Technical Management: Manage the technical aspects of our online upselling tools and revenue management software. Implement and develop automated solutions.
