Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble food items according to restaurant standards. Ensure food quality and safety. Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to ensure they are complete and accurate before serving them to customers. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision. Maintain cash register accuracy and adhere to cash-handling procedures. Cleanliness: Keep the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms clean and well-maintained at all times. Follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support your team in providing excellent service. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
A positive and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy. Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
