Summary
Our client is a well-established personal injury practice in Chorley is seeking a Paralegal or Litigation Executive to manage a mixed caseload of employers' liability, public liability, and road traffic accident claims.
The Role:
Handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL/RTA claims under supervision
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, courts, and opposing parties
Managing files and progressing cases efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience handling EL/PL/RTA personal injury claims is essential
Strong case management, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office and a Case Management System (LEAP experience is beneficial but training can be provided)
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently under supervision
Benefits:
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
25 days annual leave (including office closure between Christmas and New Year)
