• Provide support and guidance for all GE Force Personnel on all Travel related matters.
• Manage the GE Force Travel Cell Multi-User email account.
•Deal with all email, telephone and face to face enquiries relating to travel.
• Process all incoming Applications for Duty Travel ensuring policy compliance.
• Book seats for Civilian Air travel through the Defence Travel Amex GBT Booking Service.
• Book Rail Tickets through the Defence Travel Amex GBT Booking Service.
• Book UK and Overseas Hotels through the Defence Travel Amex GBT Booking Service.
• Book Eurostar through the Defence Travel GBT Booking Service.
• Book Trooper flights with Defence Passenger Reservation Service (DPRC).
• Book standard Ferry and Eurotunnel bookings with Defence Travel Amex GBT Booking Service
•.Book Ferry and Eurotunnel bookings for large vehicles / hazardous goods direct with Ferry companies and pay using GPC card.
(Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.)
